Caleb Autry
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Caleb Autry is the Founder & CEO of The Grid, born and raised in Philadelphia. A June 2025 graduate of Drexel University, he’s built a diverse foundation across different sides of the music business.
As a Music Creative Intern at Netflix, he saw how intentional sound transforms visual storytelling from an entertainment and tech perspective. At Paragon Records, he connected music with film, TV, and brands through sync and creative licensing at the indie label level. With ESM Productions, he worked on Made in America and The Roots Picnic, coordinating live performances and artist logistics.
These experiences shaped his passion for curation, world-building, and putting artists in positions to succeed. Caleb’s long-term vision is to grow The Grid into a creative powerhouse bridging entertainment, media, and business.
